The problem may be caused by the damaged .dll. Please reinstall the MDAC
2.6 sp2 to solve the problem. You can download it from
www.microsoft.com/data .
Before installing MDAC, please delete the following registry key.
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Setup\ExceptionComponents
