DHCP causing ISA firewall errors

Our SBS 2003 server keeps loosing it's DHCP address. I'm not sure what the
cause is or the best plan of action.

Below are all the errors and warnings being reported:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Dhcp
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1003
Date: 13/04/2006
Time: 09:06:39
User: N/A
Computer: DSESVR
Description:
Your computer was not able to renew its address from the network (from the
DHCP Server) for the Network Card with network address 000E0C837796. The
following error occurred:
The semaphore timeout period has expired. . Your computer will continue to
try and obtain an address on its own from the network address (DHCP) server.

Followed by:

Event Category: None
Event ID: 1001
Date: 13/04/2006
Time: 09:07:39
User: N/A
Computer: DSESVR
Description:
Your computer was not assigned an address from the network (by the DHCP
Server) for the Network Card with network address 000E0C837796. The
following error occurred:
The semaphore timeout period has expired. . Your computer will continue to
try and obtain an address on its own from the network address (DHCP) server.

Eventually it obtains an IP address but it is causing the ISA Firewall not
to function correctly. ISA stops publishing our websites (Exchange, Remote
etc..) And we get the following errors in the Application Log:

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: Microsoft ISA Server Web Proxy
Event Category: None
Event ID: 14148
Date: 13/04/2006
Time: 09:12:58
User: N/A
Computer: DSESVR
Description:
The Web Proxy filter failed to bind its socket to xx.xxx.xxx.xxx port 443.
This may have been caused by another service that is already using the same
port or by a network adapter that is not functional. To resolve this issue,
restart the Microsoft Firewall service. The error code specified in the data
area of the event properties indicates the cause of the failure.

And

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Microsoft Firewall
Event Category: None
Event ID: 14147
Date: 13/04/2006
Time: 09:13:00
User: N/A
Computer: DSESVR
Description:
ISA Server detected routes through adapter ADSL Network Connection that do
not correlate with the network element to which this adapter belongs. For
best practice, the address range of an ISA Server network should match the
address ranges routable through the associated network adapter as defined in
the routing table. Otherwise valid packets may be dropped as spoofed. (This
alert may occur momentarily when you create a remote site network. You may
safely ignore this message if it does not reoccur.) The address ranges in
conflict are: 192.168.100.0-192.168.100.0;.

Allocate the external nic a fixed IP address. ISA does not like IP address
changes.
