AC can be installed on the following network platforms

- Novell Netware 4.X or higher
- Win NT Server with SP 4 or higher
- Win 2K Server
- Any server platform that maps itselfs a drive letter to Windows workstations
- Any server that supports UNC paths such as for example: \\MYSERVER\MYSHARE\AscentServerDirectory

- Win XP service pack 2 has been certified with Ascent Capture 6.1. Users should be familiar with knowledgebase article 4285 prior to running Ascent Capture in a Windows XP service pack 2 environment.
